Ray saved my Stargazer as a 6-year-old. Stargazer is a purebred Polish Arabian who we had had at five different boarding and training facilities around our area. None of them worked for him.

I knew something was wrong with my horse. He had started not wanting to come out of the paddock with other people, not wanting to come out of his stall, flying backward in the aisle. He was lunging at people any time they came near his stall; he cowkicked two trainers. He was so dangerous that even the barn help didn’t want to handle him – just really, really aggressive. He was to the point where he was going to hurt somebody or even kill somebody.

KarenAndStargazerEveryone had comments like: “hobble him,” “get a chiropractic,” “he’ll kill himself,” “put him in a rodeo,” “he’s crazy.” Well, so am I.

I saw Ray on RFD-TV, and it said THE MAN HORSES TALK TO. I wanted to see what Ray could do for Stargazer.

What had developed over the course of four years in Stargazer, Ray took only a couple of hours to address. He had Stargazer saddled, ridden, clipped and bathed all within less than two hours. No one could get a saddle on him before Ray got there.

What was going behind my back, and what I didn’t witness just other people told me, was that Stargazer was being abused. You’re talking about wonderful trainers all around the area here and this was going on. We decided enough with the boarding and training facilities, and my brother and I built our own place here in Barrington, IL, and, thanks to Ray, are living happily ever after with Stargazer.

Ray came back a few years later right here on our new farm, and Stargazer repeated everything that Ray did. I don’t have any issues with cowkicking or biting or aggressiveness.

I’ve met a lot of clinicians, but Ray has surpassed all of them.
